If you use the contact form, RM Fitness receives your name, email address and message so Romeo Munn can respond to your enquiry. These details are not sold, added to a marketing list or used for unrelated marketing.

Service providers and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam and may process technical information such as an IP address. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

If you use the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp processes your message and associated information under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as they are useful for responding, providing requested services, or meeting reasonable record-keeping obligations.

Your choices
